Natalie is a Chartered Organizational Psychologist and she has extensive experience in supporting organizations to achieve strategic success though developing business leaders and high potentials. She designs and delivers culturally sensitive interventions, drawing on different approaches to suit her clients’ needs. Her work spans across executive assessment, leadership development and executive coaching.
Natalie began her career as a psychologist over 17 years ago in the UK and worked across Europe in the areas of OD and leadership development. She worked as an internal consultant focusing on employee engagement as part of a large outsourcing initiative with BAX Global and British Airways before moving into external consulting roles in 2004. After 5 years consulting across the UK and Europe, Natalie relocated to Singapore in 2009 where she has since been working across the Asia Pacific region.
Natalie brings breadth and depth in terms of professional experience, global experience as well as a highly diverse client base including Johnson & Johnson, Barclays, JP Morgan, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Levi’s, Northern Trust and Shell. This leads her to be an extremely versatile professional who can apply her skills across many areas including assessment, individual coaching, team coaching and facilitation with a range of group sizes.
As an assessor and coach, Natalie is seen as a highly accredited professional who is working at the forefront in the development of applied neuroscience and its contribution to the field of assessment and coaching in organisations. Her clients know she is working from a robust academic framework that underpins their journey of personal discovery and professional success.
