Our journey began in 1997 when Organisational Psychologist, Cameron Francis, founded Harbour Future Leaders in Sydney, Australia. Driven by Cameron's passion for assessing and developing leadership potential, the company quickly expanded. By 2001, we had established an office in Melbourne, followed by Singapore in 2008. Cameron relocated to Singapore in 2009 to spearhead our growth across Asia.

In 2012, we divested the Australian segment of Harbour Future Leaders to focus exclusively on the Asian market. This strategic shift led to the creation of Future Leaders International (FLI), headquartered in Singapore. With a dedicated team of consultants and coaches, FLI has delivered bespoke leadership assessment and development solutions across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. Our primary focus in the last decade has been on the APAC region, serving multinational and large local companies that recognize the critical role of effective leadership in driving business growth and employee engagement.
