Responsibilities

  • Engage and interview key stakeholders of client organizations to scope consulting projects

  • Design and/or deliver leadership interventions (e.g. 360/psychometric debriefs, assessment center, accelerated leadership programs, behavioral/competency based interviews, executive coaching, development center) for client organizations to facilitate sustainable positive behavior change of their leaders from individual contributors to c-suite executives

  • Assess and deliver in-depth insights in both verbal and written format for client participants

  • Analyze data collected and provide insights/debriefs for client key stakeholders

  • Assist the lead consultant as and when required

Requirements

  • Possess a graduate degree in Psychology / Business / Human Resource

  • Possess at least ten (10) years of working experience in talent assessment and development consulting and/or relevant HR positions within MNCs

  • Proficient in English language (both written and spoken) is essential, knowledge of another Asian language will be looked upon favorably

  • Strong skill-sets in collaboration, communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship building and problem solving (which includes analyzing complex issues, developing hypotheses and recommending solutions)  

  • Willingness to travel to other Asian countries as needed post-pandemic
