  • Building commercial acumen and alignment to the company strategy

    Design and deliver a custom built business simulation for 100 leaders in Singapore including individual feedback and coaching from internal and external subject experts. Designed to build overall commercial acumen and align leadership decision making to corporate strategy and objectives.
  • International HiPo talent rotation program

    Working extensively with internal stakeholders for several months, FLI has designed and delivered a 2 year long cross country and cross functional HiPo rotation program in Hong Kong. The program incorporates rotations into strategically selected roles to accelerate development of Emerging and Senior Talent and build cross- cultural leadership capability across nine countries in Asia
