Future Leaders International is proud to be partnering with PepsiCo to deliver the Talent Academy across the APAC region. In its bid to provide accelerated career and development opportunities for its valuable staff, PepsiCo have created a thorough, longitudinal and accelerated approach to identifying and developing emerging leaders across the region. FLI is pleased to be providing executive coaching services to 26 of these leaders, assisting in the development of specific and targeted leadership capabilities to boost career success and progression.
