We do not directly collect any personally-identifying information through the FLI Site. However, we do provide a Web page that allows you to apply for a position with FLI. In applying for employment, you may be asked to submit your name, postal address, phone number, email address, educational background, work background, and any additional information that you voluntarily decide to provide (“Application Data”). Your Application Data is collected and processed by FLI to which you applied. FLI then uses your Application Data to evaluate your eligibility for open positions and to contact you regarding your application.

There may also be occasion for FLI to disclose your personal data to third parties if it believes, in its sole discretion, that such disclosure is required by law, to enforce its user agreement or privacy policy, or in connection with a sale or transfer of some or all of the assets in FLI.
