Our history
Our history extends back to 1997 when Organisational Psychologist, Cameron Francis founded Harbour Future Leaders in Sydney, Australia. The company’s mission was based on Cameron’s passion for assessing and developing leadership potential. Over the next decade, the company’s client base expanded rapidly and offices were opened in Melbourne in 2001 and Singapore in 2008. Cameron moved to Singapore in 2009 to drive the growth of the business across Asia.
In 2012, the Australian part of Harbour Future Leaders was divested to enable a sharper focus on building the business in Asia. With its Head Office in Singapore, a new consulting brand was launched – Future Leaders International (FLI). With a dedicated team of consultants and coaches, FLI has delivered customised leadership assessment and development solutions in Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas. Our clients are typically multinational and large local companies who understand the role played by great leaders in driving business growth and staff engagement.
