Natthapatch is a Consultant for Future Leaders International, based in Thailand. Natthapatch has more than ten years of learning and organizational development experience.
Along with providing facilitation to senior leadership teams and senior managers in the areas of Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Talent & Succession Planning and Change Management, Natthapatch is also a facilitator for a broad range of Leadership Skills interventions. She has had experience in several international companies such as logistics, couriers, freight forwarder and pharmaceutical companies and was Learning and Organizational Development Manager for MSD (Merck) and TNT.
Natthapatch is a Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic ProgrammingTM) Trainer and experience Life coach by using NLP approach. She has helped hundreds of people create more of what they want in their lives by utilising Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), including methods for helping people identify and to change limiting beliefs, create better relationships, set personal and business goals, integrate new behaviour and communicate more effectively with themselves and others.
Natthapatch worked in multi international companies as Learning and Development Manager, to plan, create and execute Human Resource development strategy in various industry areas.
Natthapatch’s areas of expertise include managing and operationalizing Performance Management Systems, Leadership & People Management Development skills, Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic ProgrammingTM (NLP), Human Resource Development, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills and Talent and Succession Planning.
Natthapatch combines her passion for leadership with her keen understanding of the skills and attributes of highly effective leaders to provide strategic insights, advice on transformation projects and to facilitate board-level strategic alignment workshops for local & international audiences.
In addition to her practical experience, Natthapatch is also certified in Talent, Competency & Succession Management by Professor William J. Rothwell and a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic ProgrammingTM (NLP) by Dr.Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP).
