Established by FLI in 2009, the incubator is a leading think tank on Leadership and HiPo Talent Development in Asia Pacific. The incubator think tank forums consist of thought leaders from some of the leading companies across Asia. The forums are run by the participants and aim to share best practices, new approaches and latest research conducted by the members in developing Pan Asian, cross cultural leadership solutions.
