  • Coached Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Bank, NSW Public Service General Managers and Executive Managers
  • Facilitated leadership change management strategy sessions for Goodman Property Group leaders
  • Designed and delivered Leadership Development modules for Australian Bureau of Statistics leaders
  • Delivered Ernst and Young Australia’s Leadership Program modules

Prior to becoming a consultant, Suzanne has performed the full suite of HR, OD and L&D functions for Colonial State Bank; and lectured in Organisation Behaviour, Organisational Design & Managing People to MBA students at University of Technology Sydney, Graduate School of Business.
