Bachelor of Business & Commerce (Honours), Bachelor of Psychological Science with Business from Monash University, Malaysia

Shazia is a Learning & Development Program Executive with Future Leaders International (FLI). She is responsible for the coordination of resources, creating and monitoring of project plans, preparing and managing the logistics to ensure that programs are executed seamlessly. Shazia also plays a strategic role in building and maintaining strong relationships with the various stakeholders by providing assistance and support as required.

Prior to joining FLI, Shazia worked at PricewaterHouseCoopers (PwC), where she provided clients (including Fortune 500 companies) with mobility and individual tax compliance services & advise. In her leisure time, Shazia volunteers as a Committee Member for Monash University Alumni of Singapore, where she organised and facilitated various monthly alumni events.

With an educational background in psychology and business management, Shazia’s interest lies in understanding people or talent related issues of today, specifically talent management issues faced by organisations. She is keen on expanding her knowledge in the area of leadership and enjoys playing a hand at building future leaders.
