FLI partnered UOB in designing and delivering a Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) program that improves their selection and decision making process to ensure that the best possible talent was selected for the business.  FLI customised the program around UOB’s specific hiring needs using UOB’s competency framework. Piloted in 2013, the CBI Program has now been delivered to hundreds of leaders in Singapore and Hong Kong and will continue through 2015. FLI has also designed and delivered a train-the-trainer program to ensure ongoing retention of best practice CBI skills within the business.
