Assessing future leadership potential

Future leaders International utilises an array of state of the art assessment methodologies to identify leadership potential and determine development and career pathways. The FLI team will customise each assessment process for a specific intervention and typically will utilise methodologies including Development Centres, Psychometric Assessments, 360 Assessments, Leadership Style Surveys, Behavioural Observation, Critical Incident Reviews and Biographical Interviews along with current and past performance to identify the leadership character, drives, behaviour, competencies and schema of our leadership participants.

We assess participant’s potential against the specific definitions within the Success Profiles that we have created for various leadership roles and emerging markets in the region.
