Cameron is an organisational psychologist and the founder and CEO of Future Leaders International. From humble beginnings in 1997 in Sydney Australia, the company has grown exponentially over the last 13 years with offices in Sydney and Melbourne Australia and the Singapore regional office, established in 2008. His current role as CEO is to acquire and develop global best practices in leadership assessment, development and talent management, as well as to attract, develop and retain a team of outstanding thought leaders and experienced consultants.

As the leader of our business, trusted advisor for our clients, and mentor for our team of consultants, Cameron boasts sterling credentials. With just on 20 years of experience in the fields of prediction, assessment, and development of leadership skills and competencies; as well as international training in Psychometrics, Assessment and Development Centre best practice and Emotional Intelligence assessment – Cameron is one of the most knowledgeable Talent Management consultants in the Asia Pacific region.

Cameron has assessed and developed senior executive bench strength, created succession plans, identified latent potential, created Hi Po talent pools, and developed individual leadership programs in numerous organisations over the last 15 years including: Abbott Laboratories, AMP Insurance, Aon, ARUP, British American Tobacco, Coca Cola, DBS Bank, EDS, Lenovo, Nestle, Premier Oil, Schenker International, Wesfarmers Insurance group and Woolworths. He has developed CEO and senior level leaders across the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, China, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

As a behavioural psychologist, Cameron and his team focus on accelerated development programs and sustainable individual behavioural change. Accelerated behavioural change is achieved by blending a wide range of experiential learning activities and self insight through assessments, with on the job practice through mentoring, workplace projects, secondments and job rotations.

Cameron has a Bachelor Arts with Honours in (organisational) Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Queensland, Australia and has completed post graduate studies in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, USA. He is a veteran speaker on leadership and talent management issues facing major organisations as they fight the ‘global war for talent’ with over dozens of presentations in the last few years to present case studies or proprietary research at conferences in the Asia Pac region.

Cameron is ‘passionate about potential’… identifying and developing the latent leadership talent which resides within individuals and teams. He spends his time equally between Singapore and Sydney.
