Accelerated HiPo leadership development programs

For well over a decade, our consultants have specialised in the bespoke design of accelerated leadership programs for High Potentials and existing leaders. Our aim is to custom design assessment methodologies to predict leadership potential, identify individual and group competency gaps and developmental pathways (Exposure, Experience or Expertise) and then design an integrated development plan over a 2 to 3 year period blending content delivery, individual feedback, self-awareness, internal mentoring, individual coaching, experiential projects, job rotations and career path planning. We help our clients to case manage HiPo’s through the journey, measuring results and adjusting the developmental process accordingly.
